Pre requisite: Reiki Tummo Level 2
This workshop gives the serious student some additional techniques to help to speed up the kundalini process.
Includes: Improved Tummo meditation and Broccoli technique as well as techniques to cleanse and strengthen the aura and nadi, widen the sushumna, cleanse ida and pingala energy channels, pump and boost kundalini energy, raise kundalini fire to the crown chakra and raise kundalini core to the navel chakra, discussion/questions and answers.
